Lean manufacturing capabilities include: in-house sheet extrusion, vacuum forming, twin-sheet forming, and pressure forming. Nine precision robotic trimming cells are outfitted with 6, 7 or 9-axis robots. Four 5-axis CNC routers fill out trimming capabilities to ensure finished parts are precise. The result is continuous quality, reliability and cost savings.

Our extensive experience with plastic raw materials allows us to help OEMs with application material selections. Materials commonly used for thermoforming include polyethylene, polypropylene, ABS, TPO, SAN, acrylic, PC/ABS. Capabilities include forming sheet stock in thickness ranging from .090 to .500” and measuring up to 7 ‘ x 11’.
